Hello everyone!!Please e-mail me. I would love to hear from all. After Epiphany grammar school, I attended Paramus Catholic High School and then after that, Ramapo College of NJ. After going to college in Mahwah, I liked it so much that, I decided to leave Cliffside Park permanantly. in April 1998,I purchased a condo in Society Hill in Mahwah NJ. I work for Ford Motor Company. My Company relocated me From Teterboro NJ to Windsor Locks CT. My husband (Carlos) and I now live In Enfield, Connecticut Which borders Connecticut and Mass. Life is different here. It is very quiet and everybody goes to sleep by 10pm. Road Rage is minimal. it takes me about 10 minutes to get on the highway.The traffic during rush hour is nothing compared to Jersey.you can not buy liquor on Sunday or after 9pm. All the supermarkets sell beer. All the stores are open on Sunday. You have malls but they can not compare to NJ malls. There is tax on clothes in CT and MASS. WHAT A SIN!!!! ...Expand for more
Most of people here hate the NY Yankees. WHY DID THE RED SOCKS WIN????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I also have to pay an annual property tax for my cars. On a better note,I beautiful brand new 2200 square foot colonial with 4 bedrooms on an acre of land and not for a Bergen County price. Everything else price wise is the same. My property taxes are just as expensive as Bergen County because I live in a nice area. There are no Pathmarks, A&Ps or Shopright's in Ct. The supermarkets here are more expensive and they have different names. We only have supermarkets called Stop and Shop,Shaws and Big Y. The Fall leaves are so colorful and beautiful.If you want to know how it feels to live in the NEW ENGLAND area and this part of Connecticut, think MARTHA STEWARD. Since I have plenty of room, I am ready for any visits from any of my old friends from NJ. Do you believe that the people up here say I have an accent. They have the Accent!!!
